At Daileon Limited, we pro-actively strive to avoid time and monetary delays resulting from poorly planned and executed maintenance shutdown tasks. Therefore, we pay meticulous attention to the scheduling and logistical side of shutdown. Daileon Limited has executed an average of three shutdowns per year in various stations in OBEN Fields / Onne Areas for SEPLAT/NAFCON (Notore Chemical Industries and now O-Secul Nigeria Ltd).
This department has the capability of specifying the equipment specifications and datasheets for all these equipment including providing the related vendor document review and approvals. In addition, this department is capable of detailed engineering for static equipment design using PV ELITE Software for pressure vessel equipment according to relevant ASME Section codes.
Typical deliverables include:
This department deals primarily with Piping Systems, in accordance with Client specifications, and ASME B31.1, and B31.3 codes. This department is capable of specifying piping Component Classes, as well as overall layout, piping engineering and detailing, as well as Isometrics and MTO. 2D and 3D capability is available for the piping as well as 2D AutoCad and 3D CadWorks. The Piping department also performs stress analysis and pipe support designs for piping systems:
